salvation

1. We must recognize that we sinners and we need forgiveness.

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord."

Romans 6:23

"God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

Romans 5:8

"He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy."

Titus 3:5

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

Romans 3:23

2. Pray and repent of our sins and invite Jesus into our hearts and life.

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast."

Ephesians 2:8-9

"For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life."

John 3:16

"If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."

Romans 10:9-10

3. If you would like to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior pray this prayer:

Dear Lord Jesus,
I know that I am a sinner, and ask for your forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite you to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior.
